01About me

I am Patricia.

Patricia Aberle, Heilpraktikerin and osteopath

When something hurts, the painful spot is not always the origin of the problem. The body constantly compensates and tries to function as well as possible despite restrictions. That is why I look not only at your complaints but at the connections behind them: How do your joints move? Where are the restrictions? Which structures influence each other? And which compensation patterns has your body developed?

I see myself as a craftswoman: my hands are my most important tool for really grasping structures – not just analysing them in theory. I work precisely and holistically – from the bony structure through joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons to the wider bodily connections. One thing matters especially to me: you should not only feel your body better, but also understand it better. Because when you understand what is happening in your body, you can learn to deal with it differently.

This attitude also comes from my own path: after years in leadership roles as a planning manager and project manager, I know the physical and mental traces of constant stress first-hand – as a doer and, as friends sometimes call me, a powerhouse who for a long time functioned more than she felt. The journey from mere functioning in a performance-driven everyday life to conscious sensing is today the foundation of my therapeutic approach.

02My training

Solidly trained

In Germany, “osteopath” is not a protected title. That is why I want to show openly what my work is based on.

  1. 01

    Osteopathy training

2023 to 2026 at the Academy for Osteopathy and Integrative Medicine in Hamburg. Final examination passed (certificate dated 21 May 2026). Including additional courses, more than 1,450 hours in total.

  2. 02

    N.I.T. Neuro-integrative Therapy after M. Kastiel®

Additional training in 4 course blocks of 4 days with 8 hours each, i.e. 128 hours on top of the osteopathy training. More about NIT

  3. 03

    Heilpraktikerin (licensed practitioner)

Since April 2026 with a Heilpraktiker licence (issued by the Landratsamt Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald). That also means: I know the limits of my work and refer you for medical clarification if there are warning signs.

  4. 04

    Professional association

Therapeutic member of the Verband für Osteopathie und ganzheitliche Therapie e.V. (since September 2026).

  5. 05

    Kinesiology taping

Course at the Akademie für Sport und Gesundheit (Radolfzell), qualification level 2, 92 teaching units, completed in August 2026: basics and anatomy, basic and combination techniques, applications for common complaints, as well as history-taking, assessment and individual applications. Where needed, I add it to the treatment: the elastic tape sits on the skin like a second layer. Depending on the application, it can stabilise joints and muscles, relieve an area and support lymph flow. How you respond is individual. Together we decide whether an application makes sense for you.
