Osteopathy for teenagers and adults · Hamburg & Konstanz

Where does the problem sit – and where does it really come from?

Pain does not always show up where its origin lies. That is why I look not only at the spot that hurts, but at the connections in your body behind it – precise, holistic, hands-on.

My approach

Hands-on precision, not just gut feeling

For me, osteopathy is not just a gut feeling. Every treatment is based on a sound understanding of anatomy and biomechanics – plus precision in the hands.

  1. 01

    Functional anatomy

Knowledge of muscles, joints, fascia and nerves and how they work together is the basis of every examination.

  2. 02

    Posture and biomechanical chains

    The body is mechanically connected.

  3. 03

    Structured examination

Every treatment starts with a targeted examination of movement and touch, including osteopathic tests, with which I locate restrictions.

  4. 04

    Targeted technique

Depending on the findings, I first look osteo-articularly, meaning at bones and joints, and then work on muscles, ligaments and fascia.

About me

I am Patricia.

Patricia Aberle, Heilpraktikerin and osteopath

When something hurts, the painful spot is not always the origin of the problem. The body constantly compensates and tries to function as well as possible despite restrictions. That is why I look not only at your complaints but at the connections behind them: How do your joints move? Where are the restrictions? Which structures influence each other? And which compensation patterns has your body developed?

I see myself as a craftswoman: my hands are my most important tool for really grasping structures – not just analysing them in theory. I work precisely and holistically – from the bony structure through joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons to the wider bodily connections. One thing matters especially to me: you should not only feel your body better, but also understand it better. Because when you understand what is happening in your body, you can learn to deal with it differently.

This attitude also comes from my own path: after years in leadership roles as a planning manager and project manager, I know the physical and mental traces of constant stress first-hand – as a doer and, as friends sometimes call me, a powerhouse who for a long time functioned more than she felt. The journey from mere functioning in a performance-driven everyday life to conscious sensing is today the foundation of my therapeutic approach.

  • Stress & exhaustion
  • After accident, fall & surgery
  • In transition
  • Cycle & women’s health

Osteopathy does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. For acute or unclear complaints, please seek medical advice first.
